Had a great time at Luxury Rooms Pino! The rooftop views are fine and the self check-in made everything super easy. Just a heads up, the pool area needed a bit more cleaning, but everything else was on point.

Ideal and gorgeous hotel, welcoming staff, enjoyed the stunning location just next door to the best restaurant in the old town, the airport and the city center and gentle staff. The room itself was tidy and perfect and had lovely views on the sea and jacuzzi. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher.

The cleanliness of communal areas leaves much to be desired, especially around the pool and hot tub, which didn't look well-maintained . Noise from a nearby bar was noticeable at night, disrupting the peace. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, and I faced issues with water pressure in the shower-definitely not ideal when you want a decent rinse after a long day. The hotel is further from the city center than advertised, which could be an inconvenience if you're planning to explore on foot.

Just an optimal selection for a brief pause in Split with great value. The communal areas could use a little more cleaning attention, but the location is convenient for exploring. Avoid peak summer heat if walking to the old town.

The beautiful double room was clean and in a perfect location. The facilities were super nice and we really liked having access to a decent pool and hot tub. The walk to the city center was only like 25 minutes, and it felt safe. The staff was really friendly and helpful too!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the old city center. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room. The representative of the owner was really good, always ready to assist with anything needed.
